In my experience, many men and women both enjoy being tickled playfully and erotically by their lovers -but not by "just another guy".
I have met people who have HATED to be tickled because they were tickle-tortured as a child. In the right setting though, they learned that tickling could be quite fun and even erotic if the proper safeguards were in place - those being TRUST, RESPECT and a DESIRE TO KEEP IT FUN FOR BOTH PARTIES.
Non-consensual tickling is RARELY ever fun for anybody. In fact, it frequently scares people from tickling and it gives them a hatred and phobia of being tickled. Consensual tickling, on the other hand, can be quite stimulating and erotic in the right setting.

I personally don't like for a man to touch my feet. I am sensitive in that area. Tickle me and you might get kicked.
