Tell him he's allowed to call once each day because like him, you need your space now too. I always love to return to them what they are attempting to dish out.

Six to seven times a day? Assuming you're at home to answer him, it means he hasn't gotten over you, I think. How long do you talk for and what do you talk about? Surely he can't be asking " What's new?" when he calls you for the sixth time?! Next time, just ask him why he feels the need to call you so many times. Assuming he's not checking up on you, there's somethng amiss.

How long did you live to gether?
Were there any other problims or odd behavior?
Did he move out to live alone or with someone else?
People treat people according to the way they themselvs act.
In other words, he could be calling you several times a day to check up on you, afraid that you may be cheating on him the way he is cheating on you.
The best thing to do is to follow your instincts. Check up on him at all different times, talk to his friends and family, do their stories make since? Is he where he said he is?
It sounds to me like he is puting distance between the two of you

He sounds very confused right now? I don't think he's told you all the reasons he moved out - something is definately not right there. I would confront him on this and if he doesn't explain himself stop picking up the phone.

honey if he is doing that he must really want u back next time he calls u should tell him " u said u needed space so wat is this"and listen to wat he says and see if he wants to cut u gently or is just lookin for some one to comfort him. and if that don't work get a restraining order lol

sounds to me he wants his cake and eat it to. meaning he wants to keep tabs on you but he don't want you to know all his where abouts. so don't make yourself available to those phone calls.
