One reference recommends "Eight 1000 watt Metal Halide, Type IV Forward Throw fixtures with lamps" for a club/tourament single court. So 8kW per court. Indoor courts would get some bounce off the walls and potentially some overlap from the adjacent courts. Call it 6kW per indoor court.

24kW for 4 courts. About $3-4 per hour of operation, depending on your electric rates.

Zero during daylight if you design the courts with proper fenestration, light pipes etc.

Zero at night if you use luminous clothes, court markings & balls.

Do you mean cost in terms of what the supplier charges or cost to the environment? Many sports facilites run by local councils pay a flat rate for all their usage, so lighting is effectivly free to the user.
The environmental cost includes light pollution, em radiation and any unwanted generator outputs durring construction, use and de-commisioning

As has been said, it depends on the light bulbs. Find out the wattage of the bulbs, multiply by the number of bulbs to get total watts used, divide by 1000 to get the total kilowatts used, and then look up the electric rates in your area. You can probably find it on the electric bill, but an average is 10 cents per kilowatt hour. Multiply the number of kilowatts by the rate to get the cost to burn the lights for one hour. Then multiply by the number of hours you burn the lights per month to get the cost per month. I would guess that it would be about one kilowatt per tennis court, so 10 cents per hour per court. But that is just a wild guess, I may be way off.
