Aerobic exercise, like running on the tradmill and riding the bike, doesn't contribute much to muscular hypertrophy. For muscles to grow, they should be broken down and this happens only during anaerobic exercises using heavy weights. So don't worry about your thighs getting bigger. Pluse since youa re a woman, you have less testosterone than men so promote muscle growth.

Depends. Do you have fat thighs? Then yeah, it will probably reduce their size. But if you already have thin ones, then it will increase their size.

You could always test it yourself: measure your thigh circumference now, and do both running and bike for 2 weeks. Check the measurement every 2 days. You can figure it out from there.

Oh and eat healthy, else you will end up burning muscle fat which is EXTREMELY bad for you. You'll end up having flabby thighs instead of strong ones.

It really depends on the type of workout you are doing. If you do long periods of normal resistance you are really just going to tone your legs. However if you do interval type training with heavy resistance, like going uphill then you most likely will add some lean muscle to your legs. Weight training is the best way to pack muscle onto your legs if that is what you are trying to do.

The stationary bike is basically for endurance and warm-ups. If you put in more traction on it, it will increase your leg muscle so maybe decrease the traction to it.

Aim for a 300- for you to 400-calorie meal.

it depends

first you really can spot reduce any part of your body

if you want to tone - you do not need heavy resitance - you want light resitance - longer reps or periods or time

if you want to grow - more weight less reps

so on a bike you will make them minimally more toned but you can get the cardio burn

If you possibly could avoid 500 calories from fat every day you can eliminate the single lb weekly.
