I have been to Butlins Inglodmells a few times over past 2yrs but only because it was free due to family having a van there.

Fair family entertainment on the night, sometimes good well known acts on and othertimes cheesy or downright sad, drinks in bars well overpriced.

The place it'self was a mix of good areas to a bit run down in others with 98% junk food to eat and not a lot else.

All in all, a bit dated and far too expensive when u can go to sunny spain of even as far as Turkey for a lot less.

You'll fit in fine if you have 20 Tatoos, smoke 'fags' and have 14 kids.

The last time i went was end of last year, i wont be going back even if it is free.

I have visted the Butlins in ingoldmells a few times. I think a day trip there is about enough time for me. I think had i been younger i would have enjoyed my stay more, as there is more to do for younger children rather than teenagers and adults.

yeah i've been to butlins, and i had a good time there, but now i have a family i think the prices they charge is too much, i'd rather spend that kind of money on a trip abroad

Butlins is in business to make money, so I'm quite sure that if you pay them enough, they'll do it for you, too, as long as it is safe & legal!

Its cheesy, but you know you're going to have a cracking time!

I went on few adult weekends to the one that used to be in Ayr Scotland a few years ago, and it brings tears of joy and happiness to me about the things i can just about remember,
apart from getting my car nicked from the carpark!!!

I have never been, never plan on going and would much rather spend the money going on city break....it would just be tacky 'hi-de-hi' without the charm!
