I dont understand your question?
If you are referring to Jesus' baptism, the dove represented God's holy spirit(Mt.3:16)This outpouring of holy spirit marked the time of his becoming in actual fact the Messiah,or Christ,God's Annointed One.
The Archangel Michael is Jesus in his heavenly role.

Usually the dove is used as a symbol by Christian for the Holy Spirit. This is because Jesus was baptized it says the Holy Spirit descended on Him "like a dove". (Matthew 3:16, Mark 1:10, Luke 3:22, John 1:32)

The Spirit is that of God.
Michael is the "waring" angel
Gabriel is the "messenger" angel.
Angels serve God by doing things for Him. It is their "job".
