I know this is a BS question, but NO, liquids of no sorts are allowed, plus for those of you who answered you may have to drink it to prove something, you don't get that option anymore, you straight throw out your liquids, how dumb can some of you be.

You will probably have to drink the water and eat the fish first, to prove it is safe. and adding the vinegar to taste may cause the bad chemical reaction!
Just go for the fish and chip supper first It'll save time.
