get your friend who is the most stylish and bring her to your house. if this is just one day like a party or something have her do all your makeup and pick out your outfit. but if you want to be like that for the rest of the year/life then she has to go shopping with u and get u up to date on all the styles and trends. (this is for outer beauty for inner beauty you have to believe in yourself and never give up)
