u seem to be only a starter ! u are a student and have lots of time in hand. Find out 2 or 3 hours to start with, maybe in the evening, and start doing brisk walking as the beginning. It will give more sterngth to your limbs and increase ur stamina. Later on, more specific exercises can be started in consultation with an expert.
Since u r very young no specific restrictions to be thought about. More proteins in the first place and then carbohydrates to be supplimeted in the diet.

I would highly recomend the Glycemic Index Diet. Its basically about eating fibres and low starches so your body takes a longer time to digest the food. A low GI food will release energy slowly and steadily and is generally appropriate for everyone, especially diabetics, dieters and endurance athletes. A high GI food will provide a rapid rise in blood sugar levels and is suitable for energy recovery after endurance exercise.

It will be better if you ask long distance runners like Hailegebresilase or Kenenisa Bekele of Ethiopia.
I think running needs more of determination than food becoz as you see the above runners i mentioned even they do not have the culture of eating variety of food like others do i mean they stick to their traditional pankake like thing ''Injera'' .
And also you are a little late to start running i mean at collage level if you have started it earlier it would be good just my opinion.
Good luck and have fun

Don't be afraid/worried to run before class, and don't be hesistant to work sore/tired muscles, and don't be reluctant to keep going even if you're tired. Even in high school they practice 4 days in a row.

Eating complex Carbs help you gain energy.
