No problem it is a very secure place and there is definitely a lot of work being carried out by all nationality's so he will have no problem making new friends. I wish him all the best and wish I was going back

Hi,,, he will be fine Mom.... its a beautiful city..... lots to see and do,,,, get him to bring you some gold jewelry back..... they have the 18 and 24k ,,, where here in the States... we pay the same price for 10 and 14 k ..... a rip off.....

It is a nice place, I've heard many nice things about the place... I know it's really a good place for business and it is safe. don't worry, it's safe as much as the USA is

its a beautiful country,ive been there on holiday so not quite the same, ita a very wealthy country and i found everyone very friendly but tell your son if he goes to the gold souks[a kind of market] it is expected for you to haggle on prices
