The boy is not interested in what? In reciprocating the love? The boy should be nice and take care not to hurt the girl. Love can be reciprocated without a committment if ok with both. Love truly does not require a committment. I think if its true love it does not require an end or a conclusion. At the end of the day I feel if love cannot be reciprocated it should still be respected and treated nicely.

Let her know that you're not interested. The last thing you'd want to do is really hurt her by leading her on.

She will be hurt at first, because you don't feel the same. Don't allow it to make you feel bad, we can't chose who we love or who loves us.
It's part of free will. She will eventually understand.
