Iam a 21 year oid MBA student.My body weight is very less compared to my classmates.I want to became a fat one .My body weidht is only 50 kg. Can you suggest some options to improve my body weight.Please suggest some tonics also which improve our body weight.

first of all u will have to do some tests to know the cause

of being underwt. unless u do that the tonics even will go

waste since your food intake is not utilized properly.

i have a secret tonic on gaining fats....
prepare following:
-fullcream milk
-AVOCADOS (very important)
-vanilla

mix the following... then yum yum!!!
Ive tried eating that for one week and it boost my eating habits... i gain 1kg.
