I am assuming that you know the user that the SPAM was sent to?
The best thing is to get the user to add you to their allowed email list.
Which means a phone call or at least talking to the other person to get your email address allowed to send them emails again.

Unfortunately, you will probably have to get a new email address. Spammers don't listen to "remove me" requests (in fact they often take that as a sign the email address is active and send MORE spam to it)
Spam filters may help but you will probably still get lots of mail for things you don't want or don't need.

go to bulk mail in yahoo and check to see if mail from that address is there, if so click not spam. Also to to options to make sure the address not in filters or blocked.

you should have them deliver you an e-mail... ...once received, it truly is going to bypass for your unsolicited mail folder. you could un-unsolicited mail it with the help of taking off the e-mail and picking no longer unsolicited mail (the envelope with the fairway examine mark) above the e-mail.
