Yes you can drink as far as I know. But be careful a friend of mine who was HIV positive died in his sleep after drinking too much alcohol- he choked on his own vomit. You would probably get drunk quicker due to all the medication.

I think if you are HIV positive your health is already ruined.If you want to socialise drink those alcopops I'm sure they are not really alcoholic because I can drink loads and still not get drunk.

I doubt he can drink too much, if he's on really strong retro anti viral drugs and potent antibiotics. Some drugs being mixed with booze can be fatal. What about a smoke instead; cannabis? Its a pain reliever too.
