It always seems that those are the only two choices, doesn't it?

I think that no relationship is truly strong unless the attraction is reasonably equal.

Tricky question! When in either case the whole love thing remains a one-way-street, I will slowly (or quickly) get out. One-way-streets work like that. When on the other hand for some reason the whole thing of what you give is what you'll get starts to play, how can that not be a good thing to go for? So in either case it depends.

Sometimes you are right, other times someone else is. It's like that!

It's a funny story. Two years ago I was going out with a guy I was absolutely in love with but I ended up meeting one of his ex friends (i didn't know this at the time) and desided to choose him and keep the other guy around as back up. Well after I started going out with this other guy, me and my "ex" lost touch as the best friends we use to be. Than 2 years later he showed up and wanted to hang out again. I assumed it was fate. He worked his magic and we ended up making what I thought was love but in the end he was just giving me some payback for what I did to him 2 years before that. So If i were you I would stay with the one that loves you even though it's going to hurt to now go after the one you truely love.

If the person you love is willing to love you eventually then go for the one you love. Always put yourself first.

Person who loves you. They're more likely to take care of you, stay with you, cherish you and treat you right. The person who you are in love with and doesn't love you might just continuously hurt you and cast you aside. The person in love with you will always be there for you and you could learn to love them.

Ideally it should be a little bit of both!
My current fiance REALLY fancied me and I didn't want to go out with him as I liked him only as a friend. I did in the end and I fell madly in love with him.
When you find 'The One' you just know!

If you do not love one another then the relationship will fail sooner or later.

I go for the person who I love and loves me back.
