If anything, prices are likely to rise to cover the cost of increased security measures. However, as a frequent visitor to Thailand, I can tell you that prices do tend to be a bit lower outside the school holiday periods. So if you're not tied down by kids, that's a better time to travel.

US carriers are going to have to raise price once again if travels stop flying. I woudn't fly to the uk but any where else in the world shoud be good to fly to and those prices should be a little lower then the uk prices

No, but you should seriously consider which airport to fly from in order to have less problems waiting around on cancellations of flights
