The image is probably still loaded onto what is known as a virtual drive. That's why you get the "file is in use" error message when you try to delete it.

Virtual drives are most commonly controlled by a parent application such as Deamon Tools or Alcohol120% for example.

Best thing to try first is open Windows explorer and right click on the CD/DVD virtual drive that contains the image. From there you can unmount the image, thus freeing it from memory which will then allow you to delete the file without issue.

If you can't unmount the image in that fashion, run the disk image program again and stop the drive emulation from there.

Hope that helps

well it's your fault for pirating the game in the first place and not getting a legal copy, it's also your fault for using it and not knowing how to control it properly. The image loader is indeed a virtual drive created to make your computer think you have a legitimate copy, however need for speed is probably still hosted in the drive, you need to unhost the image in the virtual drive and then you can delete it. It maybe deamon tools you are using to host it, so it's not that hard.
