I need to know it for my project. I know that sound come from vibrations, but what vibrates in our body to make sound?

From their mouth through the vocal cords, most time by vibrations of air in the passage media.
And of course by clapping or stamping (friction)

it's the gargle-box
air passes through the gargle-box and goes out through the yodeller. on the way it picks up sounds.
