wouldn't it be nice to have cell phone technology to the point where they don't operate in a moving vehicle?

You got my vote. Now, how do we get the ones talking on the phone while driving off the road, maybe even in the ditch waiting on a tow. I would like to see a fine of at least $200 per offense.
