What is it that you WANT to do? You state a problem that I don't see as a problem. Zen says "The greatest disciplines are these: When you are hungry, eat. When you are tired, sleep."
I know many people who "eat by the clock" - noon means lunch, if I am hunrgy or not. I think it is only a problem if you are eating when you are not hungry, or as a means to achieve/escape something. If you really are hungry many times a day, speak to a doctor if you feel this is abnormal for you. Otherwise, know that I have heard and read many places where experts say it's actually more healthy to eat several small meals a day than to gorge on 3 large ones.

Hey you know, I used to be like that.. I used to weigh 42- 44 kilgrams.. I would be happy if I got some 45 but that wasn't often... A friend introduced some Chinese herbal medicine to me, she tried it too and she really gained a lot of weight. i tried the same thing and hey, I've gained 11 kilograms in just two months.... I still continue to eat a lot despite the weight I have gained. i am eyeing on 65 kilograms, hehe.... Anyway, the medicine's name is Ling Zhi.. Just go to any Chinese drug store. I just hope it will work with you... I am not yet sure of any side effects of it as I haven't experienced such...

Most likely you're not eating enough, so double the amount of food that you're currently eating.
