It's my wife's birthday this weekend, and I'm all out of ideas of what to get her. In recent years I've done the usual; watch, camera, necklace, etc etc. ideas please?

she should hint, try looking through cataloges and see which pages she's cornered, that should give u an idea. if she hasn't done that then a bracelet or ring r good ideas. i dont know anything about u or ur wife but if u fancy spicing things up and surprise her u could get her a viabrator, they sell some good 1s in ann summers, try typing it in2 a search engine.

I've got the same problem with my husbands birthday next month. It may sound a bit corny but how about a bunch of flowers delivered to the door, take her out for a nice meal or for a nice weekend break? Are there any shows/concerts she would like to see? Good luck and a happy birthday to your wife!

Dude, for my brothers anniversary he had me make coupons for her they included, free back rub, free day off from the children, dinner and a movie out, Husband will cook dinner for the night, Dad will give the kids a bath and put the kids to bed so mom can rest, Dad will watch the kids so mom can take a bubble bath, Wifes choice to choose television shows for the night and dad will stay in the room and watch it with her, Things like that. he also gave her a ring with the kids birthstones on it. She loved the coupons most. She bragged to all of her friends, and they were so jealous.

For my birthday my man took me to The Marriott Forest of Arden for 1 night, and it was brilliant. I won't forget that. You don't need to get beauty treatments in addition because the pool/spa/sauna/jacuzi is free anyway.
also on her 'wish list' maybe there are:
- vouchers in her favourite clothes shop
- amazon or Boots vouchers
- gift set Vera Wang parfume + moisturising cream
- a subscription to Eve or Cosmo magazine

but God knows what is an a woman's wish list anyway !!!
Avoid at any price the presents which look like you wanted them for yourself first.

Have a great weekend!

If you want to p!ss her off pleasantly, go for a new cover to her ironing board, or pair of oven mitts to wrap up in a fancy parcel or gift box. But hide within their folds a pair of tickets to go somewhere nice, like the theatre, a concert, or if you really want to splash out, a mini cruise or boat trip.
Go on, treat her to a night out, or something different. She'll never forget it, and tell your grandkids all about it one day, how you wound her up, but then spoiled her.
Don't forget the flowers, chocolates and champagne, plus scented candles and rose petals for sprinkling over the bed later.

(I would have suggested a flight to Paris or somewhere, but it seems unwise at the moment to book a flight anywhere).

Think about what kind of personality she has. Is she adventerous? Then how about a balloon ride. Is she more on the practical side? If she wouldn't be offended, some household gadget that has all the whisles and bells. Jus think that is doesn't have to be a "thing"; it could be an experience.

Good luck and Happy Birthday to her!

It's mine at the end of the month!! What I want is a gold ring with my birthstone on it. All I can tell you is..don't buy her any ornaments and things for the house....I wouldn't appreciate a set of saucepans!! lol

I know...get her a voucher for some pampering.....at the local beauty spa....massages....make over.....then a voucher for her hair dressers...and buy her a new dress...and take her out to a nice place for dinner!!!!!

How about a beauty treatment of some kind. Try Clairins vouchers available through Debenhams or something similar.
