Of course you will find the "one" but that doesnt mean you'll find them stright away...
you'll probably go through many relationships thinking that they are the perfect match for you, but something may prop up and they are not at all what you want after all...
You will know when you have finally found your special person, i cant say how becuase we have different feelings in life.
A quote i like to keep in mind:
You dont marry someone becuase you want to be with them
You marry them becuase you can't live without them

If you're lucky you'll find lots of 'the ones'.
When you settle down with one, don't assume your life it sorted. Relationships need some work to keep them going.
