your concept of "haram" and "halal" is wrong. any animal that's cut in a blow is unacceptable. while islam guides to cut animals' breathing tract (traechea) so that the animal doesnt suffer much.

If the animal is slaughter according to Islamic way, the blood is not consider Haram(blood which is not flowing after u clean it) .Futhermore the blood which is unclen is the one from dead animals,blood from animal slaughter not in the Islam way, blood which is flowing.
