Just because THEY haven't discovered it, why should

I totally agree. With doctors, they are only interested in the scientific facts. Until they have proof of a cure, they are totally dismissive of there one being available. I guess in a way, this doesn't give people false hope, as a cure might not be discovered for many years. However, it's not true and doctors should stop saying this. They should just be honest and say there may be a cure, but it is yet to be discovered. HTH.

I've never heard the statement that doctors always say that diseases cannot be cured. If they went around saying that all the time, it would put them out of business.
Maybe you should discuss your health with a mental health counselor to discuss your concerns and get guidance from him/her.

theyre called disease for that reason because until they find a cure, then it would be called a disease. its not negative but more of a motivation, to create funds and special groups that help fight for the cure. well if it does nothing then dont take it. dont take it and see if u get better, it might be a placebo.
