I am a nurse and have worked in the geriatric field for many years . There are very few obese 80 year old because they are from a different generation , that had no fast foods . No junk foods , no pre-prepared anything at all. Everything they ate they had to peel and cook themselves. And there was noy much money around and very few food choices at all
Meat vegetables, flour and apples from a tree
Now . it will be a different story when our lot of fatties reach eighty . If they are still alive, I suppose they will still be fat, Food for thought??
