Civilization as we know it will not last 100 years. The rate of change is too fast for society to keep up. Our resource consumption rate can not be sustained, and the world makes efforts to keep the large asian countries in third-world status to control their consumption of energy sources (coal, gas, ect).
Don't worry about the environment. It will recover after our numbers are drastically reduced.

It's not yet the end of the world but it's near. I feel same and expecting Jesus. No, humanity will be change in the what God wants it to be. The rest are irrelevant.

Why should you be afraid? Since when is death to be something afraid of if you have lived well? (I don't want you to die yet though, let death come on it's own). One shouldn't wait until the day of the end of Earth to be right with one's self (and the cosmos). You should be right with it everyday because maybe the Earth's end won't come in your day, but death may come.
