You aren't eligilble to be a working holidaymaker. But you could get an au pair visa (see below)
It's quite risky to try to change your status while here -- it's not supposed to be possible although it happens in special cases.
Be careful what you say to immigration authorities on arrival, lest you be rejected. And remember they can and do look in your baggage for documents and letters to show your intentions.

Contact the British home office relevant department, or british embassy in your country before you visit. Or just work illegally. The pay is sh!t, the hours long, the work menial and dirty, but its cash in hand.
