I would document everything that you believe is an infringement against you thoroughly, note all instances both past and future, make notes of any potential witnesses,of cctv camera's,exact times and dates.Try to be as unemotional as possible,do not attempt to "draw" him into conflict, warn him at some point that you are noting all these instances. This question is already noted as part of your iformation and proof of an infringement. If it continues, once you have all the relevant information, report to the office personnel manager stating that you reserve the right to take the facts to the next level for arbitration.Be aware that if you do take these actions, you may incur the wrath of your colleagues, and possibly lose your job.If this happens you should investigate the possiblity of effecting an harassment suit and unfair dismissal.Wish you luck!

Stand your ground with him! If he is pushing and invading YOUR personal space and privacy, that is NOT OK! Let him know when its NOT OK. You don't need lengthy explinations, just boundaries.
Unless he has broken the law, a police report wont do any good, so nip it in the bud before that ever happens. Summon your courage and tell him to BACK OFF!
Some people will push and push until you set boundaries and then they back off like little pups. Learn to do it now. You dont have to be nasty just be clear, to the point, and do not engage further.
You do not have to take sh*t from people. Ever. It is a choice. You can do it with grace
just do it

You need to file a harassment complaint with your company as well as with whatever state agency happens to handle stuff like that. While filing a complaint with your company might work sometimes, it also might just get one of you fired to get rid of the situation. Filing a complaint with the state also is a back-up to make sure the company and offender don't harass you after you file (if the company or offender does you have a very strong case for a lawsuit). Good luck.

IF the harrassment is at work you have a legal protection under the law of the uk and europe, seek legal advice from organization ,citizens advice etc. or you can go to a solicitor and put a restraining order upon that person .good luck LF

You can't do a police report for that, but YOU CAN get back at him via his own BS. Whatever he does unto you, do unto him ten fold and ram his behavior up his ****@!
