Ok, I'm just gonna give you a straight answer here as I believe you're an adult that knows what they're doing, you drink ginger, you can buy some from on the shelf or you can make a ginger drink at home, that helps a lot with the dizzy feeling.

0 calories = starvation = slow DEATH. If you're dizzy it could "just" be low blood sugar or it could be your internal organs shutting down - see a doctor if this persists.
I'm a 43you guy dieting on 1200 calories & 1 hours exercise per day - and that's probably a little excesive even. Starting at 6-0 tall & 250 pounds, I'm trying to lose 50-70 pounds in 6 months and get fit. So far, so good (after 6 weeks).

Take vitamin tablets with plenty of water every day. Have a cup of tea with a sugar or two when you feel dizzy.

stop that and learn about real diet and exercise.
The human body must have a minimum of 800-1200 calories (depending on the person) just for basic metabolic processes.
what yoru doing is catabolizing yoru body. teaching it that it has to eat it self to survive. and yes that means starving it to death.

and the weight will pile on just as quickly as you lose it ...the minute you resume eating, you're training your body to lower its metabolism....your body will learn to exsist on fewer calories and when you begin eating 'normally' again, your weight will soar on the same foods you ate before, but twice as much!!!.
food kick starts the metabolism, if you're serious then try eating huge amounts in the morning when your metabolsim ois at its highest...and a smaller meal at the end of the day, starving yourself for weightloss in the THE most unhealthy option EVER, mostly you're wasting away your muscle, water and vital organs will be stressed, in theory your body starts to eat itself

you are doing more harm to you body than good you body will shut down if you do not supply it with food so you need to eat things like tuna salads and small portions of meats and lots of water, you are dizzy cause you body is warning you that you are hurting it.

EAT! Don't you know that starving yourself isn't a good way to lose weight. It can actually make you gain mass weight when you do eat again.

Eat walnuts, one at a time, sporadically. Let each ONE take its time to make you feel full. Don't eat more than one at a time. I do this all day long and weigh 7stone!!
