take her at face value unless you have a reason not to. she may just want some time to discover herself again, there is no time limit on this. life is hard, you got to admit that, things change. she may just want some breathing space before committing to you wholly or she might want space to think about moving on. she may not know hat she wants space for, but feels she need it. either way, you must respect this and give her time. do not pressure her, she'll run a mile. let her know you are there for her, then leave her to it, you never know what will happen.

This is a two way stream one how was your relationship earlier before the she ask for a space. cause if you were having a rough time she might be not sure if she still feel anything she wants to make sure, or she feels you are crowding her or she feel drained maybe the relationship is sour or you dont see things the same way. you constantly arguing.

I have been is such relationship where you find yourself arguing all the time. Feeling used up and trying to figure out do you really need this person in your life.
so the best way is a space to think clearly. how long is that space? stay alert, be fit for anything then!

Why are some men worried when a woman says she wants space?
this is not always something to worry about. She may just want to clear her hear, remember she has a life too and she may be having problems with family or friends and she just wants some space to think about thinks and how she can deal with them.

You just need to find out why she needs space, if its because of something other than you then just let her do what she needs to do and if it is you then just ask her if there is a way of working it out because you dont want to lose her

I think you might be being played. Only going by past experience - when i told my ex i needed space it was because i had met someone else. Hope this is not the case for you though. . . . x

She is asking for..........SPACE......

What you should be trying to figure out is exactly WHY she wants it, whether because you are too clingy, she is bored or wants to try something else, family issues, or any number of other possible reasons.

She is saying she is unsure about the relationship and how she feels about the other person.

this is a bad sign. If there is doubt, there isn't love.

Good Luck

Usually not--if she asks for it she probably just needs alone time...sometimes we all do.
