It's probably more the fact that a variety of fresh foods and vegetables are used in Chinese food as well as the way they are cooked. Overcooking foods destroys nutrients in turn making them not as nutritious

Yea....it is in soup style with very tiny pieces of everything and you practice your eye trying to see them and being able to catch them with the chopsticks.
it is good for finger osteoarthritis as well, while use the chopsticks.

Considering their population they are not so many them who wear glasses. They probably eat food with big chunks,
as far as eating chilli.....NO... avoid it Your eyes will popped out.
Carrots are GOOD... I haven't seen any rabbit having glasses so far.

I don't know but it would be good to find out. Try applying various chinese foods/condiments (e.g. chilli sauce) to your eye and let us know of any improvements in your vision.
