Relationships and the work place rarely work. If it doesn't work out then you have to face that person daily, do you want that? Keep sex out of the workplace....

Try to make it sound smth ...casual, that just crosses your mind at that moment, not like smth forethought!
begin talking to her...about different things and then tell her how much do you need a coffee and a nice person to talk to and relax after a hard day at work.
Then just ask her if she would like to have a coffee with you after work.
If she says she is busy and has plans, ask her if it would be OK for her the next day, but just don't give up. I don't think this is smth difficult.
My actual bf is my co-worker also, and before we got into the relationship we went out together as friends, so don't freak out and ask her out.

If you already speaking and getting along with each other it should be easy. But if you aren't close as friends take the opportunity to get to be friends first, it'll make it easier. And you will know if you have a chance also before you ask. Good luck and Have Fun!!!

find somethng u can talk about an hour before knocking off then teasinly say"here what u doing tonite,let say we contiune this conversation later in the evening,do u have any plans or i will be yo plan"see u have already asked her

tell her that if she doesnt have any plans that nite or something and tell her if she would like to go with you to a someplace NICE for both of you and then you can see if she likes like that! then go for the asking out part!
