That's a great question that has been debated much.

I believe that we can not lose our salvation. I believe that the central question is whether or not we have actually "been saved".

Mat 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord!' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Many profess to be "saved" due to a simple prayer but I think it goes far beyond that.

Mat 7:13 "Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it.
Mat 7:14 How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it.

I believe that we are saved when we truly give our lives over to Him and accept His sacrifice. Our lives will change when that happens.

Mat 7:16 You'll recognize them by their fruit. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
Mat 7:17 In the same way, every good tree produces good fruit, but a bad tree produces bad fruit.
Mat 7:18 A good tree can't produce bad fruit; neither can a bad tree produce good fruit.
Mat 7:19 Every tree that doesn't produce good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
Mat 7:20 So you'll recognize them by their fruit.

Only God knows if you are truly marked as His. I think it behooves us to search our hearts daily, but I am confident that once His, we can never be snatched away.

Joh 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me.
Joh 10:28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish--ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand.
Joh 10:29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.
Joh 10:30 The Father and I are one."

Yes

Mk 13:13 All men will hate you because of me, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.
-- Although someone has accepted God's offered salvation, we're warned that some people will turn away from God to save themselves from persecution.

Lk 8:13 Those on the rock are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away.
-- If someone believes the word, they're led to the acceptance of the fact of salvation and will be saved. As in Mk 13:13, they later turn away from that truth and salvation to save themselves.

Jn 15:6 If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.
-- When we're saved it's said we're in Christ and he in us. Here, Jesus says it's possible for us to leave him. The second part of the quote is an illustration of Hell.

1 Tim 1:19 . . . Holding on to faith and a good conscience. Some have rejected these and so have shipwrecked their faith.
-- A person can only reject their faith if they had faith to begin with. This is shown in 1 Tim 1:16 where it says that those described in 1:19 have believed in Jesus and received salvation. Once the faith is rejected, salvation goes with it. A ship that sinks loses all people and possessions on board.

Heb 6:4-6 As it is impossible for those who have been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.
-- Some have argued that those who fall away weren't really saved in the first place. When someone is saved, the Holy Spirit is sent to them as a guide. Verse 4 clearly states that the people referred to have received the Holy Spirit. Verse 6 just as clearly states that they've fallen away and rejected Jesus, God, and the truth of God's word and thus the accompanying salvation.
** This is the clearest statement that makes it obvious that "once saved, always saved" is a great heresy of the modern church. By so teaching people the doctrine of eternal security, a great danger arises. People will come to think they can do anything and still be saved, which isn't the case.

2 Pet 2:20 If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were in the beginning.
-- Knowing our Lord is knowing the truth of his saving us and accepting the offered salvation. Being again overcome by the corruption of the world is to renounce Christ and reject salvation.

Jude 4 For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.
-- This letter from Jude was written because of his concern for other people s salvation. He's warning others not to follow false teachers. This warning would only be necessary if those he wrote to were saved and that salvation could be lost.

The Bible fully explains that salvation can be lost. The most clearly stated message is in Heb 6:4-6.

No! Jesus gives eternal life and not temporary. Ephesians Ch.4 V30 makes your position clear, once you are saved you are sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. Those who tell you that you can loose your salvation are effectively saying that Christ must now come back and die all over again so you can be saved again. How many of our sins did Jesus die for? He died for all of them being past, present and future so this is why we can never again come into condemnation. Hope this helps!

No, actually He is your salvation. He is the Savior who saved you from going to hell. And accepting Jesus as your Savior is the passport you have to go to heaven with Him. Hope I helped you and God bless.

I don't believe that you can lose your salvation, once saved always saved. But, you can choose to rebel and walk away from God, if that's what you choose to do. God will always call for reconciliation with you, He wants to fellowship with you and He wants you to want it. So if you do choose that path I can't tell you what the consequences are for that, really, only God can answer that for you.

You can backslide but you can always be forgiven. You just don't need to keep repeating the same sin over and over because if you do then Christ's pain on the cross was all in vein.

Never.

Bcoz of Adam's (mortal human) sin, all the descendant are sinner , no matter how much good thing they did in their life.

Bcoz of Jesus (God) righteousness, all mankind who accepted Him are saved, no matter how much sin they did in their life.

Be at rest. :)
