If you expect the unexpected, isn't the unexpected expected and you are merely expecting the expected which is what you do whenever you expect something?

I love this!!! Every so often someone prints it again and it always makes me laugh.

So what do you think is there such a thing as unexpected or are we just fooling ourselves?

for your theory to work you would have to know what the unexpected is. so no expecting the unexpected is not the same as expecting something inorder to expect something you must know what something is and the unexpected is something you don't know.

Hun, that's not a question...
If you could expect the unexpected, there wouldn't be an expected anymore.
So just let things walk their own path, and just enjoy the moment.
And don't bother your brain with meaningless theories,or whatever this is....
