Well, I understand.
Firstly since you dont want to diet. Maybe what you can do is get those Weight Loss supplements. They either come in 'yuckee tasting' tea or milkshake. I would recommend Weight Loss pills.
Eg Fat Burner (Available off Pharmacies or Health supplement Outlets) or you can get the doctor to prescribe you, the most common being Pembasil (I think thats the spelling). Pembasil, will functions to reduce your appetite to eat. So technically its you not wanting to eat instead of having to diet.

Secondly, Even if you are successfful in managing to lose weight through pills or supplement, you hoowever still need to 'sculpt' your body. Losing weight through weight loss will only reduce your size, but if you want physique (and I'm not refering to those muscle ripping type,) the only way to accomplish that is through exercise. But who wants to exercise . . like me. being fat, I opt for casual cycling or those occasionally long slow walks while listening to mp3 or chatting with a friend on the phone. Or better still you may want to wal in group, so you wont feel so worked up.

Set your mind. Dont think of it as an exercise routine, just take it as having fun. I use to weight 110kg, After 2-3 months of weekend cycling by the beach (And i dont mean cycling like Tour de france), just cycling following my onw sweet slow space, Now I weigh 87 kg and also loss a couple of inches from my 42" waist line to now 36".

So i guess the main thing is how to get your mind set to doing all that. Well here's a major tip. Stash your money somewhere (I mean bank it and hide the card) . . .So NO MONEY NO LUXURY . . . .no good food, no cabrides . . .hehehe.

But whatever it is . . is okay to be Fat. Friends except you for who you are . . NOT what you look like or appear.

Depends on how much weight you want to lose, and how quickly.

The best way that I know of is illegal, and involves health risks, but I will tell you it anyway, and at the same time advise you not to try it, and that is simply to get some speed (amphetamine sulphate) - this will reduce your appetite so you won't want to eat, it will increase your metabolism which will burn up fat quicker, it gives you energy so you will actually want to do a little excersise, and it will make you feel good.

On the downside, like I said before, it's illegal, so you will have to associate with drug dealers to get it. It can be addictive. It can cause stomach ulcers, and increased risk of a heart attack.

Lots and lots of tips. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

U try by eating lesser portion of your normal intake like changing your bowl or plate to smaller ones so that you won't pile too much food in it, thus causing excess eating.

U can also try to cut down the intake of rice, fried stuffs, red meat (beef, pork or lamp), soft drinks. Might take a longer time to lost the fat but at least you won't be taking in more from now...

You're gonna have to go with surgery...either that, turn to drugs, lol...if you're blowing lines all night you won't have much of an appetite, plus you might have that extra energy to run around a bit and burn some calories. :)
