Acne ranges in severness and is different for everyone. Therefore, different treatments are made available. Going to a dermatologist will help you figure out all of the possible options for you; however, if you'd like to hold out on the doctor option, then you can always try out other acne-treatment products. There are many that prove positive results. Unfortunately, they won't always work for everyone due to allergic reactions or the severity of acne. Do some research on the types of acne you can buy over the counter.
Some of the products I've tried that tend to help me out are AcneFree, Murad, Feiya, Neutrogena and ProActiv. The one the works best with my skin condition is AcneFree. There is also a pill that I know of called "Accutane", but like I said before, all products may have side effects. Accutane happens to have psychological impacts on people but may reduce acne significantly. I like going for brands that have a complete line of products that treat your skin before and after application.
In addition, it is important to take care of your skin on a daily basis. Refrain from touching your skin, scratching itches, or picking at the pimples. Use oil absorbant slips if neccessary. Wash your face morning & night and pat your skin dry rather than wiping it.

Wash your face 2x a day...use a cleanser specifically for acne. It's also important to use an oil free moisturizor. If your skin become too dry, it will produce more oil, which will lead to more breakouts. Also, if you're a female and have bangs, that could be causing it. The oil from your hair gets onto your skin. Try wearing a headband or something, keep your hair out of your face. Spot treatment isn't meant for multiple pimples, it's more for people who have just a couple. Give it time, no matter what product you try, it's not going to work overnight. Good luck, don't get discouraged.

Spots are a fact of life for many teens. Not much you can do about them except wash your skin thoroughly late at night, in the morning and after lunch. Also avoid too many fatty foods in your diet. Spot creams tend to dry up your skin. But generally don't squeeze them if you can help it. Ad oh yes don't care what other people might think.

Try the Clear Skin Regimen by Acne.org, I set a goal of three months for myself last April and stuck with it, after a month my skin was completely clear, and since I set a goal farther away it was easier to achieve, as I didn't have my hopes up for a quick fix

Try applying aloe vera to it...carefully remove the green skin and take a TINY TINY amount of the transparent part of the fruit and apply to your affected areas for the next few days...it should clear up very soon...
Aloe vera can be found in supermarket...
It works for me...
Good Luck!!!

Probably mild acne. Try proactiv. You are going to need something stronger than Loreal.

Wash your face before going to bed, drink lots of water, eat healthy, sleep early and don't stress out too much. Stress can also be a factor for breaking out.
