This second page will show you that the glycemic index is not very accurate because we don't just drink orange juice. We usually have something else with it and miing foods alters the GI.

All the researchers are unanimous in that, it's the fiber content of the diet that is more important for controlling diabetes and weight gain than the Glycemic Index.

I've actually studied this and can tell you that the glycemic index is pretty pointless. I am too lazy to get into it so I've provided a link.
