Atleast for the last 60 hrs. Can it be for real or is my brain having its sleep without my knowledge or is it just an illusion. The recent circumstances wouldn't let me close my eyes. Would sleeping pills be of any help. If yes, can someone tell me which....!!!!

First, change your bed sheets to clean, fresh smelling ones (satin is the best).
Second, take a long hot bath scented with chamomile.
Third, put on your most comfy pjs.
Fourth, drink hot chocolate or milk.
Fifth, brush your teeth.
Finally, lie in bed and start counting sheepsszzz.....

I am curious if you are bi-polar? and how old are you?...It is not normal to stay up for three days without sleep...maybe you have a lot on your mind right now. I used to get nitol tablets, but just for a little while, because when I got so stressed out that it kept me awake, i found I was worth nothing without my sleep. I got the nytol, and amazingly, it let me sleep pretty darn good. I would not tell you to do this all the time, and I don't know your age. But if you are under age, talk to your parents and see if they would mind if you got the nytol I sound like an advertisement, but speaking from experience, and for me, it worked like a charm. I don't think you should go the prescription route, unless you cannot get any sleep for a long time...if you are stressed out, that would explain it for sure, Good luck and sweet dreams!

Take antihistamines x 2, like Benadryl, you will ease into a peaceful sleep , I know they are for allergies, but they knock me out when I am so exhausted and my mind is still racing. Also, I can breathe better while I'm asleep too.

you could easily not sleep for three days, depending upon a number of circumstances. get thee to a doctor. even if you've taken a bunch of meth, the doctor'll help, and i don't think they'll even call the cops. a... friend... of mine had a similar experience, and the doctor fixed 'im right up. no police involved.
