Your foreskin generally doesn't tear with sex, it just slides back. If your's is particularly tight and causes you pain when you try to gently pull it back, you should see a doctor.

I never heard of a foreskin being torn up. I suggest you see your doctor and ask him your concern. Never be shy to ask a doctor anything.

can you retract your foreskin? if yes then there is no such thing as a torn up foreskin unless you get a butter knife and slice away :)

It won't be torn up at all, and it won't be painful... There's no need for medical help. It retreats as it was said automatically.

No it shouldn't be, in fact some men who have had experiences before and after circumcision, say that it is better before. Circumcision is not necessary in most western countries unless for health reasons,
