I think all of these answers are very helpful. I have allergies also. I will add a few things. Make sure you keep your house clean, buy mattress covers and pillow covers at wallmart for allergies. And my best suggestion. Buy an air purifier This is the best thing that you could get for your allergies. If you are like me with stuffy nose everyday, you will feel the difference in about 2 hours...... Right now im hating life cause mine broke... lol.... I live right off the highway so those fumes are killing me!!!!

Since you were five yrs old you have had dust allergy and sinus allergies. I have had them as far as i remember. used to get frequent bouts of sinus headaches, esp around spring time. I found out that taking anti histamincs really help. Also i had my tonsils taken out as i was frequently sick with strep throat and laryngitis and the problem solved after my tonsillectomy.
my daughter's allergy was so bad she had to take shots which didn't help. i try not to think much of it and accept it as part of life's little nuisances. Eventually you'll outgrow it. but keep taking those antihistamnics over the counter and oh yeah, Vit C.

i am having them since 3yrs old...and worse is i am like having a flu and blocked nose everyday... my nose will be super blocked during rainy days....
Try keeping your nose and lungs area warm, drink warm drinks (no cold drinks), try to stay away from air-con places (DO NOT SLEEP IN AIR-CON ROOM).
There isn't any cure for sinus, even operations won't help. It will still come back again.
Above methods will only help to ease the side effects when sinus attacked and reduce the chances of acting up.

Hi, me have dust allergy too. Me is currently using a nasal spray named Nasonex. Check it out. It act to inhibit the reaction of your nasal tissues from reacting against the dust and stuff. It is actually helpin the body to prevent illnesses but I know the symptoms are unpleasurable.

u need 2 go to your doctor so he or she kan tell u wat to take and if u shouldnt go outside i have it 2 but your mite be worse my ex friend sis had them terribly she kouldnt go outside oh u will get sick 2 so go to your doc and them about it bye
