Are you one of those people who get wound up at the check-in desk . What made you angry.. was it because the clerk never smiled at you or because you were late checking in.

Excess Baggage Charge Thursday 10th August ... An hour before the Security Alert at UK Airports - Palma Airport decided to tell passengers coming home to Glasgow to do the No Hand Luggage thing - Which resulted in most passengers being charged for excess baggage weight .. This security alert is begining to smeel like an airline Tax - what do you think. ?

I am frustrated with the "security" measures that make little difference in the actual safety of our flights. I can't take a plastic crochet hook onto the plane to help me pass the time but they still allow us to carry our thumbs on board and they're just as hazardous!
All the joy & anticipation has been taken out of flying and going to the airport. It used to be fun to go to the airport, greet friends or family at the gate or wave goodbye at the window.
Oh well, I guess I'm just too in touch with my future grumpy grandma self.

I always try and get there early....They have a hard job especially putting up with dumb crazy people who are picky and Bi**hy. I just tell them "HELLO HOW ARE YOU DOING TODAY" Sometimes a simple HELLO or a SMILE will go a long way....
Life is too short to be angry !!!
