A) GOOD NOODLES
Get SPANISH CHORIZO not Mexican or Italian or any other type of sausage! Match the amount with Ham Steaks and have the butcher ground them together. Get equal amount of top chopped sirloin.
Real Mozzarella, Portablella Large Mushrooms sliced and 1 Sml to Med Eggplant pealed and sliced thin in an angle (more or less the width of the poratabella) Alfredo Sauce and Basil red spaguetti sauce. packaged ready mozzarella. oregano, basil, salt n peper.
Prepare your pan, spray PAM or rub olive oil
Start layers:
1-Noodles (nice and tucked, this is your base)
2-Portabella, Eggplant mix up this layer, season w/salt,pepper and oregano
3-dabs of fresh mozzarella here and there, season with bail leaves or powder
4-chopped sirloin, top with basil red sauce
5-noodles, this time a little loose and filling in with Portabella and Eggplant
6-ham, chorizo mix, seson w/ saly n pepper
7-Portabella layer kinda loose and drenched on top with Alfredo Sauce
8-Noodles, in between with package Mozarella cheese
9-mix ham, chorizo, sirloin with a little red sauce to create good thick layer.
10-good sprinkle of packaged mozarella, top with splashes of alfredo sauce
11-what's left of the eggplant and noodles now cut in half lenghwise.
12-DABS of fresh mozarella, sprinkle package mozarella, season good: basil, oregano, salt n pepper. COVER
BAKE 350 oven 40 to 50 min depending on size of pan and on oven. Uncover, bake 10 more min, turn oven off and let sit another 5 min. Serve with baby greens, crisp bread and good wine. It's 5am for me, sorry I rattled from my mind, but it's a damn good lasagna. email me if something doesn't make sense.

Mexican Lasagna

2 lb. ground beef
1 jar chunky salsa
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas
corn, drained

Brown beef and drain. Add salsa, corn, taco seasoning and 1 /2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Set aside. Line 9x13 dish with flour tortillas. Add 1/2 of meat mixture. Place second layer of tortillas and rest of meat mixture. Top with cheese and place in microwave for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
