It can be done but it'd be on the edge of unhealthy. Plus, if you lose weight that quick you'll increase your chance of gaining it back quick. The BEST way to do it for you and your body is to eat ONLY 1200 calories (no more, NO less than 1000). Cut out all soda, drink ONLY water. Also, drink at least 2 liters of water a day. You will have to do a cardio work out. 6 days a week, run, rollerblade, or walk for 45 minutes. Start out only doing 20-30 minutes, increase up to 45-60 after a week since you're trying to lose so much so quickly. The first and second week will be hell. Dont give up! After that you'll feel better. The skin on your thigh can be tightened by doing squat exercises! Good luck!

First if you are not over 200 pounds then it would be very unhealthy to lose that much weight in a month.
Second if you have very loose skin then you would probably have to have surgery to have it lifted.
Now tips to lose some healthy weight in this next month are:
Cut the soda. Not completely out to the point where you are craving it but if you are in a good mood drink lemon water instead (glass of water with a little squeezed lemon juice). If you are totally craving the soda then go ahead and drink it so that you won't send your body into shock which will cause your weight loss to slow down. Just try to drink less of it. A few sips instead of a 12 ounce can will help the body stay out of shock without taking you to far off track from your weight loss.
Eat more green leafy vegetables. (self explanatory). Try to stay away from corn and other high sugar veggies and try to eat fresh instead of canned.
Drink half of your body weight in water a day(inless you are over 250 lbs.) DO NOT GO OVER 1 GALLON

I lost 20 lbs in 3 months, but I think if you eat very healthy, plenty of fruits and veggies. Drink 8 glasses of water, and exercise. I found out I can dance. So since dancing is very fun that is a sure way to shed them lbs fast. Run everyday, but be careful the heat is horrible now and days. Just excerise, drink plenty of water, SWEAT, and eat light. So that is what I think.

it's REALLY BAD FOR YOU to lose weight that fast, but if you fast (haha), it can be done. keep hydrated, though, with lots of water and fruit juice (for electrolytes). the loose skin requires time or surgery, though. cover it, perhaps, with a dress, pants, or, even, a bandage (make up a heroic excuse!).

10 minutes of skipping per day. (Full 10 minutes, doesn't matter if you suck)
Do 5km per day. Do this as quickly as you can walk, run whatever.
Stretch. Often and fully.
Sit ups.
Stair Climbing.
Get you heart rate up and keep it there.
