Yes, I tried it once. It wasn't too bad. Tasted a little 'gamey"...that is the only way I can describe it. It's worth a taste if you have someone that knows what they are doing when cooking it.

I would like to taste a properly cooked snake!
I have eaten frog legs, and turtle (in turtle soup). They have different flavors, but the texture is actually somewhat between fish and chicken. I would guess that snake, would have some of that nature as well.

Yes, I would eat it. I have eaten frog legs, rabbit, squirrel, alligator, buffalo, wild duck, all kinds of fish, oysters, clams, and some other kinda stuff like that. I'd love to try snake but haven't had the chance yet. I hear it tastes like chicken, but what doesn't? *lol*

It does taste like chicken and is best served with a side of frog legs, I had it in 1983 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. I'm sure by now there are more awesome ways to prepare and serve it, TRY IT.

Yes, when I was about 13. We were camping in Wyoming and my uncle had killed one (we didn't know about it) and cooked it for dinner. It wasn't too bad, until I found out what I was eating! I was sick for the rest of the night. But I still have the rattle as a reminder! :)

I never ate a snake but in Vietnam I did once eat dog meat . True story. 1969 I was hungry and drunk and it was good.

No I havent but I have talked to people that have and they say that it ws good, But i do know that there wil b a time that each and everyone of us shall hve toeat somehting we have never eaten before

heard they taste good, kinda like chicken, though i never have, and probably never will...but then again i have eaten snails, so who knows.
