Dancing will help because it is a form of excercise. How much excercising are you doing? If none then the dancing will help. You want to make sure that you are doing at least 30 minutes of cardio (which includes dancing) 4-5 times a week. This will definitely help you drop the lbs.!!!!!

I used to go out with girlfriends dancing on the weekends,friday and saturday night and thats great exercise.Never had to worry much about my weight and that was the only active exericise I had all week.You consider that an aeorbic workout and do that for 3-5 hrs for 2 days at least.Good luck and enjoy the dancing.Its great fun.20lbs is alot to lose..,you are a great job!

Dancing is just a form of exercise and increases your metabolism...I think dancing would seem less like a exercise and fun so it would be easier to loose weight that way..sounds like you are are your way with your loss..

Losing 20lb in three months is amazing!!! Congratulations. Just keep doin what you are doing. It may seem like a long time, but in actuallity, in 6 months, you will be totally different looking. Patience is a virtue. Trust me, change nothing.

I believe so! It's a form of exercise that helps you burn calories and is a way to tone your muscles. Just look at those famous icons who always dance their a*ses off! For example Beyonce..She may have big thighs but her stomach is well-toned. She's actually sexy for me!

calm down, my friend....for sure, being active helps our body to burn the fat...so keep dancing and be patient, okay? i lost 2 kilogram within 4 weeksonly diet with WRP product (Weight Reduction Program), a glass of it every breakfast and dinner, and eat normally at lunch...

can't hurt; it's exercise. if done regularly, it will definitely help. sweat - water weight - just gets replenished when you get a drink of water, though... and you should get a drink of water, or eight. they, themselves, promote weight loss, and are necessary for good health.
