Once they are illegally here, every benefit they take is illegally obtained, including education and health care. Their status in this country is illegal. That is not the the same consequence as for smoking dope, which carries its own consequences, which in some states are rather draconian, actually.

Don't do the crime unless you are willing to pay the penalty on the books.

I am divivded on the issue, but I often wonder why all the protestors that were against the new law that would consider entering illegally as a felony, in California, I think it was like 50,000 people, they shoukld unit and protest in Mexico the same.

I have broken a law or five in my life time but they were so petty that no one cares. Illegals on the other hand a breaking the law the minute they cross the border and are trespassing (against the law) every day there after..+ they usually don't know how to drive correctly (causing wrecks) then fleeing the scene. (causing our insurance prices to rise). + they commit numerous other criminal type crimes. So they are nothing like Americans with the exception of a few worthless criminals!

When people immigrate legally, they pledge to learn the language, pay the taxes, and learn about the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. In general, follow the rules.

Illegal immigrants are here strictly for whatever money they can get. They keep their language, customs and loyalty to their country; this is just a meal ticket to them, and any other benefits they can get without paying for. I suggest you learn something about citizenship so you can love your fellow Americans!

The problem here is a failure to communicate.I would love,to be able to speak with my spanish friends,but cannot.There is a right way and a wrong way.No body should be allowed to fly,walk,crawl,swim,dig,be sewn into a car seat,caltipaut,morph,marry our women,run,smuggle themselves,mail,ups,fed-ex,take a train,or drive into our country.Without speaking english!I see them everywhere and they won't even speak,why?It's like they are here,but don't want to talk with anyone who may be a friend.The goverment is just asking everyone to get legal.That's all.

There is quite a difference between civil and criminal laws. One is an ordinance, the other is a law. You can't use God's laws because not everyone believes in God, or even believe in the same God. So stop with your tired rhetoric.
