i had to ask the same question about a month ago..fair warnign your in the wrong section but to answer your question. You have to start a yahoo 360 account then add pictures to your yahoo 360 page and when you have done that go back into your profile editing on yahoo answers and click, "use my yahoo 360 picture" Hope this helps out. If you don't already have a Yahoo 360 account then you'll need to create one. To do this go to this website... http://360.yahoo.com/ and create your free account - it's similar to MySpace with photos, blogs and so on.

Upload one or more photos from your hard-drive to your Yahoo 360 page and select the one you want to use as your main picture (this is the one which is displayed bigger than any others).

When you've done that return to Answers and click on the 'My Q&A' link.

Click on the link that says 'Edit My Info' and in the section for Picture click in the little circle next to where it says 'Use My Yahoo 360 Picture'.
