Depends of course on your end goal..i.e. do you want to keep it off, do it healthy etc.
For the quick and relatively easy way I know for a fact that Atkins works quite well and doesn't require much to start today. You'll lose weight rapidly (but likely put it right back unless you adapt a long-term approach)
There are also a number of more drastic measures like the Cabbage Soup diet (and many others like it) where you will suffer but lose quick weight. (mostly water)
Other than that...if you can run..that's a great way to kick start your metabloism as well as find success for the long run...pun intended-

Losing weight fast is unhealthy but like others said a good way to lose it is to cut the sugars (soda, juice, candy etc.) It is ideal that you can lose 10% of your weight in a month so if you are 150 lbs. then you should be losing no more than about 12 lbs. in three weeks.

Losing weight fast is unhealthy and the pounds come back quickly.One of the best things you can do is drink lots of water and do some walking.No soda.Personally...lol..Ican't do the soda thing I tried,but my cuz did and she dropped several pounds rather quick!!!â¥
