"Marhaba" means hello in Arabic. "Mshghool" means busy. "Qif" is what you find on an octagonal sign. And if you see a sign with a picture of a bus, and it says "Wuquf hafla", you can guess what it means. ("Wuquf" means stop or park, and "hafla" means bus.)
