Would like to consolidate all my email accounts. Can i do this buy using mozilla thunderbird or any other software to retrieve and send trough one medium?

Outlook is good. For a small fee you can have them route through www.bigfoot.com or similar sites.

You would have to purchase "premium" email accounts with Yahoo and Hotmail (Gmail allows "POP3 access" freely) and then use a local (installed on your computer) email client like http://www.eudora.com or http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/ to access all three.

I did it it a years or so ago - it was a paid service.
I got link from somewhere at my My Yahoo.

Technically you redirect your email from one account to other.
But after I started to receive over 30 spam mails a day it became unfeasible.

use outlook express or ms outlook

i use MS outlook and its awsome... but i keep them in separate inboxes so that i know which one is which

to use yahoo in outlook i use ypops.. its free and i dont voilate the yahoo terms....

My hotmail is old one so it supports pop easily.. i heard that the new ones dont support them...

hi....i'm using mozilla thunderbird....i've consolidate my pacnet & yahoo accounts in it....so far i'm happy with it....
